Tier 1 Support Representative

Successful candidates will be able to:
  • Provide workstation support
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, peripheral and printer issues
  • Perform general preventive maintenance on the user computers
  • Verbally communicate in English, Russian and Azerbaijani

Candidate should have minimum one-year experience in IT related field; proven troubleshooting and communication skills. One who possesses Microsoft and/or Cisco certification(s) and Linux skills is preferred.
